Photography Session Checklist

Start with the feeling

Describe what you want the photographs to feel like and how you plan to use them.Choose a few references and explain what you like about each; they guide the conversation rather than promise an identical result.Share your preferred date, location, budget and any delivery deadline.

Agree on the plan

Cord is the photographer. Photography fees cover the agreed work; free photograph-use permission does not mean a session is free. All sessions stay PG, respectful and family-friendly.

Confirm availability, scope, price, delivery and cancellation or weather arrangements in writing.Discuss any styling, hair, makeup, props or additional crew you are arranging.Check location access, permits and permission from people who will take part.Tell Cord about access needs, boundaries and any privacy requests before the session. A parent or guardian should arrange a session involving a minor.

Pack lightly and arrive comfortably

Bring clean, comfortable clothing and any agreed alternative outfit; choose textures and colours that suit the idea.Check the forecast, travel time and meeting details. Bring water and suitable layers for an outdoor session.Keep essential props together and leave valuables somewhere safe.

Leave room to be yourself

You do not need modelling experience. We can start with a walk, a simple movement or a pause. Tell Cord when something feels uncomfortable. The plan gives us a starting point; your comfort helps the photograph feel alive.
