Before we begin
A few good questions.
Do I need experience in front of a camera?
No. Come as you are. We can talk, walk, try a few simple directions and make space for natural moments. Tell me what feels comfortable and what does not.
Can we work with a smaller budget?
Tell me your budget at the start. We can discuss the scope, location and priorities and see what is possible. A personal portrait and a full commercial commission need different plans; every enquiry gets the same attention.
Where do you photograph?
Vancouver and Greater Vancouver, including Burnaby, Richmond, the North Shore, New Westminster, Surrey and the Tri-Cities. Enquiries from elsewhere are welcome. Travel, accommodation and location costs are discussed before a booking is confirmed.
What is included in a session?
Your quote will set out the time, location, number of edited photographs, delivery method, intended use and any additional costs. Everything is agreed before the session.
How long does editing take?
The delivery schedule is agreed for each project. If you have a publication date, launch or personal deadline, include it in your first message.
Do you photograph weddings or private celebrations?
Enquiries for intimate weddings and private celebrations are welcome. Send the date, location, approximate guest count and the moments you want covered so we can discuss a suitable plan.
Can I use the photographs for my business?
Yes, commercial projects can include agreed usage rights. Tell me where the photographs will appear so the quote can address licensing, credits and any releases needed.
How do I book?
Email, call or use the enquiry builder on the contact page. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed after the scope, terms and any required payment are agreed in writing.
