This site is a photography portfolio, music archive and work of imaginative storytelling. These terms explain browsing, downloads and enquiries. Any commissioned project has its own written agreement.

Photographs and creative material
Photographs credited to Cord Allman and original site text, visual identities, artwork and music are subject to applicable copyright and other rights. Viewing an image does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, publish, resell or use it in advertising. Contact Cord to discuss permissions, prints or a licence.
Credits should remain attached where supplied. Any third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights. No permission is granted for rights that Cord does not hold.
Music downloads
The archive links to ZIP files containing MP3 audio for personal listening. A download does not grant commercial use, synchronization, sampling, redistribution or resale rights. Ask about permission for another use; availability depends on the rights held for the particular recording. Some recordings contain explicit language.
File availability and compatibility can vary. Downloading an album is not a purchase, a promise of future releases or a guarantee that a link will remain available indefinitely.
Photography enquiries and bookings
Sending an email, calling or creating an enquiry draft does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. Availability, scope, fees, any taxes, deposits, cancellation or rescheduling terms, usage rights and delivery timing are agreed in writing for each project.
Budget ranges in the enquiry builder help start a conversation. They are not published packages or a guarantee that a particular scope is available at that price. Travel and location costs, if relevant, will be addressed in the quote.
Clients are responsible for accurately describing their intended use and any location access or permissions needed. Required releases and responsibilities are discussed as part of the project agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
The Kingdom and its characters
The Kingdom, its character voices, coded messages and occasional transmissions are fictional storytelling elements. They are not instructions, private communications, claims of surveillance or evidence of real-world affiliations. A shared name does not imply that a real person endorses or participates in the project. Character messages can be switched off using the footer control.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent ownership of the work, harass people pictured here or use the site for unlawful activity. Publicly visible photographs and contact information must still be used with respect for applicable privacy and intellectual-property rights.
External services and accuracy
The site links to external platforms and uses an optional third-party map and analytics service. Those providers control their own content, policies and availability. Information on this site may change, and errors may occur. Contact Cord to confirm details that matter to a booking or permission request.
Availability and responsibility
The site is provided as available. No uninterrupted availability, search ranking, particular creative outcome or compatibility with every device is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer right or legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for use of this free site is limited to losses reasonably attributable to its operation.
