What does $85 include?
The good photographs
Nearly all the usable photographs from our session. The final count depends on what we capture; missed shots and unusable frames are left out.
10–15 edited selections
Ten to fifteen photographs receive editing. These are selections from the photographs we make together. We agree the style and selection process before the shoot.
Usually 1–3 hours
Enough time to work with the idea we agree on. This is a base session price, not an hourly rate. Longer shoots are possible by arrangement.

I’m open to an 8–12-hour shoot for $85 when the project fits and we agree on it beforehand. An all-day session is not automatic. What matters first is what you want to capture, what it needs and whether I can deliver it.

Arrive as yourself.
Once the plan and date are confirmed, we make the photographs. The finished work follows the delivery plan we agreed together.

What exactly does the $85 include?
Nearly all the good, usable photographs from the session, with 10–15 selected photographs edited, and typically 1–3 hours of shooting. We agree the subject, location, delivery and usage before booking.
Does every photograph receive editing?
The base includes 10–15 edited selections. The other usable photographs are not promised the same individual editing. We agree the look, selection process and file delivery before the session.
Is $85 per hour? Could we shoot for 8–12 hours?
The $85 is a base session price, not an hourly rate. A typical session is 1–3 hours. I’m willing to consider an 8–12-hour shoot at $85 when the idea fits, subject to availability and an agreement before booking.
How many photographs will I receive?
Nearly all the good, usable photographs from what we capture, plus the agreed editing on 10–15 selections from that set. There is no fixed total number of keepers because every session is different.
What can we photograph?
Portraits, couples, creative ideas, brands, events and more can start with a conversation. Tell me what you are looking to capture. I’ll give you a clear yes or no on whether I can deliver it.
I have never had a photoshoot. Is that okay?
Absolutely. You can bring a rough idea, a reference or simply yourself. We can talk through the feeling you want and the kind of direction you would find helpful.
Where can we shoot?
I’m based in Vancouver and welcome enquiries across Greater Vancouver and further afield. We agree the location before booking. Travel, studio hire, permits and other location costs are discussed separately when relevant.
When and how will I receive the photographs?
We agree the delivery date, file format and delivery method before you book. Tell me about any deadline at the start so I can give you an honest answer.
Can I choose the style or ask for retouching?
Share references and tell me what you like. We agree the editing style, selections and any detailed retouching before booking. Extra editing requests need a clear scope rather than an assumption.
Can I use the images for my business or advertising?
Tell me where the images will appear: personal use, social media, a website, print or paid advertising. We agree usage and any licensing needs before booking.
What if the weather changes or I need to reschedule?
We agree weather options, rescheduling and cancellation terms before booking. If something changes, contact me as early as possible so we can discuss the next step.
Do I pay here? Is my date reserved after I enquire?
No payment is taken on this page. An enquiry opens a conversation; it does not reserve a date. Payment details, any deposit, the final total and the booking terms are confirmed directly before you commit.
Are there any extra costs?
The amount shown is in Canadian dollars. Any applicable tax, travel, venue, permit or other agreed expense is clarified in the final total before booking. You can decide once you have the complete plan.
Do you provide RAW files?
RAW files are not promised by these offers. If you need a particular file format or workflow, mention it in your brief so we can confirm what is possible.
