Information you choose to share
If you email, call or send an enquiry, Cord receives the information you provide, which may include your name, contact details, preferred date, location, budget and project description. It is used to reply, discuss a possible booking, carry out an agreed project and maintain necessary business records.
The enquiry builder processes its fields on your device to prepare a draft in your email app. Nothing is sent to Cord until you send that email. Form text is not intentionally included in this website’s analytics events. Avoid including sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Cookies and optional analytics
With your permission, this site loads Google Analytics using measurement ID G-RPH813GVQW. It measures page views, photograph views and clicks to email, phone, maps and album downloads. A click or an opened email draft does not prove that a booking or download was completed.
Google may process cookie identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location and interaction data. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in this implementation. The configured page-view location excludes query strings. Google’s service is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Analytics is optional. Before you accept it, the site does not load the Google Analytics tag. Accept or decline in the cookie notice. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change your choice. Declining after previously accepting disables subsequent measurement on this site and attempts to remove its analytics cookies; it cannot recall information already transmitted to Google.
Local preferences
The site stores your analytics choice on this browser for up to 180 days. It also remembers whether you have turned character transmissions off. Temporary session storage limits how frequently those messages appear. These preferences stay on your device and are not a user account. You can remove them by clearing site data in your browser. If storage is unavailable, choices may last only while the page remains open.
Maps, links and hosting
The contact page’s optional map is provided by OpenStreetMap. Loading the map sends connection information, including your IP address and browser details, to that provider. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.
Links to music downloads, Pixieset, Instagram, YouTube Music and other external services take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply. Hosting, security and network providers may process routine connection or server-log information needed to deliver and protect the site. A private preview may require its hosting provider’s sign-in; this site does not receive your password.
Sharing and international processing
Enquiries may be handled through email and other service providers needed to communicate and deliver agreed work. Optional analytics is processed by Google, and an opened map by its provider. Service providers may process information outside Canada. Personal enquiry information is not offered for sale by this website. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Retention and security
Enquiry and project correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, provide agreed services, keep necessary records or meet legal obligations. A specific deletion or retention question can be sent to Cord. Provider-held analytics and hosting records follow the relevant account settings and provider policies; no universal deletion period is promised here.
Reasonable care is taken with correspondence and project information. No internet service or email system can guarantee absolute security. Please use an agreed method for sharing sensitive project materials.
Your requests and choices
You may ask about personal information held in connection with your enquiry, request access or correction, ask for deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent to optional uses. Contact Cord using the details above. Requests may require reasonable identity verification, and some information may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
Photographs, children and concerns
If you appear in a photograph and have a privacy concern, send the page link and a description of the image so it can be reviewed. The site is a general creative portfolio and is not designed to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should handle enquiries involving a minor.
